Gar nicht für mich, aber für die Kinder, wenn einem der Elternteile etwas zustösst. Mein letzter Freund hat nach 6 Monaten des Kennens eine Frau geheiratet, von der er sehr wenig wußte. Die war damals 36 und es war ihre 3. Aus den beiden ersten Ehen gab es je ein Kind. Das erste Kind hatte sie beim Vater gelassen, das zweite mit in diese Ehe gebracht. Ich weiß, dass eine Scheidung heutzutage sicher kein Problem mehr ist, aber sie ist immer noch mit Aufwand verbunden - Aufwand, den man auch investieren kann, um die Probleme der Beziehung anzugehen. Eine Heirat ist für mich also eher eine zugegebenermaßen schwache Versicherung für die Kinder, mit einem vollständigen Elternhaus aufzuwachsen. Leider stand ich noch nie vor der Wahl zu heiraten. Nunmehr glaube ich auch nicht dass die Ehe ohne Kinder Sinn macht. Nur Einschränkungen und widerliche Verpflichtungen beim Scheitern. Auch noch ein NoGo des Forums, oder. Man heiratet heute nach wie vor aus steuerlichen Gründen. Männer heiraten schon auch, damit sie das Sorgerecht für das kommende Kind haben. Männerwelt funktioniert wirklich ganz anders als die Frauenwelt. Bei Männer geht es auch heute noch intensiv um Karriere, Konkurrenz, Status. Bei Frauen nach wie vor eher um Solidarität, Gemeinschaft, Fürsorge. Völlig unterschiedliche Welten, die selten Berührungspunkte haben. Aber weitaus häufiger, weil sie glauben, zu lieben. Unfassbar, wie stark Überlieferungen noch immer unser aller Liebesleben bestimmen und wie wenige merken, was mit ihnen geschieht. Wenn Staat und Gesellschaft in Partnerschaften derart eingreift, dass nur die weibliche Seite alle Rechte hält, verweigern sich eben die Rechtlosen.
